Annual CPDI Africa Floor Plan Series

Our publications present a curated collection of African culture–inspired architectural floor plans for residential, commercial, mixed-use, and community developments.

What You Receive

Before You Build

Your builder or contractor will use the CAD files to execute the project. Adjustments may be required to suit your specific land conditions and local regulations and permitting processes.

What's Not Included

Engineering drawings are not part of the standard package. You will need local professionals to provide structural design, electrical systems, and plumbing systems.

Need Modifications?

We offer flexible customization options: work directly with CPDI Africa architects, or collaborate with your local architect. Customization services are available at an additional cost.

All drawings can be delivered in Meters (Metric) or Feet (Imperial).

The African Heritage Architecture DESIGN BRIEF 2021

The competition is created to celebrate and preserve the architectural identity of the Cultures of Africa and the Diaspora. Designed as the quintessential Cultural Community Center, the Competition Project served as the ultimate example of sustainable design in any community in which it is built.
